Choucas Blanc is a luxury 3-bedroom apartment on the first floor of the exclusive Choucas residence, ideally situated in the centre of Val D’Isere on Avenue Olympique. The chalet sleeps 6 adults and up to 2 children

At more than 160m2 plus 2 balconies, the chalet is generously sized and the abundance of large windows lets light flood in throughout the day. The décor and furnishing is designed and completed to the highest standard by a highly regarded London-based interior designer.

From the entrance hall you come straight into the large open plan lounge, dining, kitchen area, complete with a dining table to seat 8 people and a sumptuous lounge area with a wide choice of comfy seating and a log fire. The sunny balcony looks out onto the legendary Face de Bellevarde piste. There is a Smart TV that allows access to most UK channels and the major streaming services, and the chalet is fitted with WiFi and boosters to ensure a strong signal throughout.

The fully equipped kitchen where your hosts will prepare all meals includes a huge breakfast bar with 4 high stools.

A new feature with this property is that it is rented on a catered basis. Guests will be provided with filling breakfasts every day, as well as afternoon tea and cakes and delicious 3-course evening meals with a cheeseboard on 6 days. There will also be a selection of wine, beer and soft drinks available. If you would prefer to take it on a self-catered basis please let us know as this may be possible on certain weeks.

The prime location gives easy access to the many facilities the resort has to offer. It’s a 250m walk to the Solaise nursery slopes, and the closest free bus stop which accesses all major resort lifts is 50m away.

The ground floor of the residence includes a ski locker with boot warmers for up to 8 people, and there is a dedicated parking space in the underground garage.
