At Val d’Isere Location we pride ourselves on our exceptional quality of housekeeping. Our full-time cleaning staff take pride in looking after all our properties to a high standard. All our properties are provided with quality towels and stocked with Molton Brown toiletries.
We provide a standard starter pack in all of all properties consisting of the following:
Two tea towels
Dishwasher tablets
Washing up liquid
Sponge
Dish cloth
Kitchen roll
Two toilet rolls per bathroom
Tissue packs
Salt, pepper, oil
Basic tea/coffee
Food & Dining
Although primarily providing self-catered accommodation our concierge team can help arrange any catering requirement you may have. From breakfast-only to the fully-catered service we can organise fully-trained private chefs who will make sure you have the highest quality food and wine in your chalet. We can also recommend the best restaurants in Val d’Isere and are able to book tables prior to arrival. The pre-arrival shopping service also proves very popular with guests.
Transport
Our team are on hand to make your trip to and from Val d’Isere as easy and stress-free as possible. We work with a number of local partner transfer companies and are able to arrange airport transfers, local taxis or inter-resort transfers. We also have contacts for helicopter transfers from the major airports to Val d’Isere, as well as private chauffeur-driven cars.
Ski Passes, Ski Lessons and Ski Rentals
Our pre-booked lift pass service saves our clients the time and stress of having to queue at the lift pass office, the passes will be ready in the property on arrival. When it comes to booking ski lessons our team has personal contacts with the majority of both the English and French ski schools in Val d’Isere, so we can recommend the ideal ski school for whatever your level, whether it’s on-piste, off-piste, ski or snowboard. For ski & snowboard rentals we have a long-standing partnership with Snowberry, one of the leading ski & snowboard rental shops in Val d’Isere.
