This summer in Val d’Isere take advantage of the opportunity to participate in an outdoor Hatha Yoga class in the sports park in Manchet. A wonderful way to experience a yoga class, whilst surrounded by the stunning mountain scenery.
Hatha is one of the oldest systems of yoga that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.
It will be relatively gentle, slow and great for beginners or students who prefer a more relaxed style where they hold poses longer. It’s a fantastic way to start off your day.
The teacher, Maria, is very experienced and has a diploma from the FFHY (Fédération Française de Hatha Yoga)

Sunday to Friday 10:00 to 11:00
From July 17th to August 24th
Additional class Monday to Thursday 11:00 to 12:00
1 session : 16€ or 14.40€ with the Val Pass
6 sessions : 74€ or 66.60€ with the Val Pass
20 sessions : 184€ or 165.60€ with the Val Pass
