
Le Boui Boui – open this summer on the Edelweiss terrace
On the pedestrian and mountain bike paths of Le Fornet, this summer Boui-Boui has opened for its first summer at an altitude of 2200 m overlooking Val d’Isère.
In the heart of the larches and Swiss stone pines, the restaurant offers a mountain bistro menu cooked outdoors on a brazier. The cooking around the fire aims to be simple, refined, and entirely homemade. Le Boui-Boui welcomes you every noon, with a menu featuring a slate of 3-4 choices of starters, mains, and desserts that will change regularly.
They also offer on request evenings (events, birthdays, private parties) where they can provide entertainment with the brazier or Neapolitan pizzas.
The address, at the bend in the paths, is warm, intimate and simple, like a meeting place for insiders for a moment out of time.
