This season’s most anticipated new venue at La Folie Douce Val d’Isère has arrived: La Petite Cuisine – Gare Centrale, is a spectacular space that aims to reinvent the mountain self-service restaurant.
Set within the former cable car arrival station of La Daille, this with its breathtaking panoramic view of Mont Blanc blends industrial design with the vibrant energy of modern gastronomy.
Here, the kitchen takes centre stage — quite literally. Along a 20-meter open cooking station, chefs perform in real time, transforming every service into a live culinary show. The menu evolves daily, guided by the chefs’ inspiration, seasonal ingredients, and the emotions of the moment — all while guaranteeing absolute freshness and 100% homemade cuisine.
Around the central counter, the experience continues with a live dessert bar, a barista corner, and a signature bar. And because at La Folie Douce, gastronomy and entertainment are inseparable, a cabaret and live music stage brings the entire venue to life, turning lunch into a moment of pure celebration.
