The ascent of the Col de l’Iseran, the highest road pass in all the Alps at an altitude of 2770 m, is a must for all cyclists. With its 970 m of elevation gain from Bonneval-sur-Arc, this climb remains engraved in the calves of thousands of amateur and professional cyclists. Iseran is also a rare stage in the Tour de France cycling race.

Every year, on the occasion of Iserane, the ascent is reserved for cyclists. Car and pedestrian traffic is prohibited outside the developed areas and paths, on the D902 road between the roundabout of the Tourist Office, the Col de l’Iseran and Bonneval between 8:30 a.m. and 12 p.m.

You will be offered refreshments at the top of the pass

8 am: Opening of registrations for the raffle at the Tourist Office
8:30 am: Opening of the road to the cycling event and closure to motorized vehicles
10 am: Minimum time allowed to descend to Val d’Isère
10:30 am: Closing of registrations for the raffle
From 11am to 1pm: “Sugar Lady” concert
12 pm: Reopening of the road to motorized vehicles
From 12 pm to 12:30 pm.: Raffle draw in the Tourist Office square

8:30 am. to 12 pm. – D902 Val d’Isère – Bonneval sur Arc (reserved for bikes from the roundabout)
