This winter Le K2 Chogori hotel in the heart of Val d’Isere unveils Le Bottleneck, a new dining concept inspired by the legendary ascent of K2. After its success in Courchevel, this restaurant celebrates the art of charcoal cooking, elevating meats, fish, and vegetables with bold flavours.
In partnership with Bernard Mure-Ravaud, Meilleur Ouvrier de France cheesemonger, the Executive Chef of Le K2 Chogori presents an exclusive cheese selection and signature fondues. For dessert, Sébastien Vauxion offers refined reinterpretations of timeless French classics.
