Housekeeping - cleaning
Some accommodations are cleaned daily and others are cleaned at the end of your stay. Please see the individual apartment/chalet page which states this. If you require extra cleaning services please let us know before your holiday and this can be arranged.
Every room is provided with Sheets, towels and bathrobes
 
Baby equipment and services
We use a professional nanny service and can organise childcare or babysitting but we need to know as early as possible to guarantee this service, especially during school holidays. We can provide cots and highchairs plus if there are any essential baby supplies you need we can have these in your apartment when you arrive.
 
Shopping
If you require shopping, email your list before your departure and it will be in your accommodation on your arrival.
 
Ski pass, equipment and lessons
Provide your requirements before departure and we will organise this for you so that you have a smooth arrival to the slopes on your first morning.
 
In house masseurs and beauty treatments
If you have had a hard day on the mountain or are still suffering from the stress of modern day living, why not treat yourself to a relaxing massage or a complementary therapy to really unwind. A qualified therapist will come to you, which is convenient and great use of precious holiday time. A full price list will be in your chalet on arrival; you can either book before you leave home or just ask the concierge to book this for you in resort.
 
Morning breakfast delivery
We offer a wonderful service where we deliver fresh croissants and bread to your chalet each morning at 8.30am. Please let us know what you require at the beginning of the week and you will be billed before you leave.
 
Evening meals or breakfast
We can hire for you a private chalet girl or a professional chief. These need to be booked in advance as availability is limited.
 
Private transfers
Which ever style you would like to arrive in resort we will try and provide it.
